Three Statements:

1. Global Higher Education should recommit to its role as the leading defender of the Human Right to Education for All – Especially Refugees.

2. Global Higher Education should commit resources to “reversing the narrative” of “us” (domestic populations without access to higher ed) versus “them” (refugees, asylum seekers, immigrants) and actively confront the rise of nationalism and xenophobia.

3. Protecting Higher Education in Emergencies Must Become Among Global Higher Education’s Highest Priorities.
